Global Advances and Controversies in Skin Cancer (GAC-SC) 2021 will be held on Friday 5 & Saturday 6 November at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre.

Skin cancers, including melanomas and keratinocyte cancers, are exceedingly common in Australia. Diagnosing and treating these cancers places an increasing burden on health care services, both primary and specialist.

The ASSC is proud to focus the Global Advances and Controversies in Skin Cancer 2021 conference on keratinocyte cancers (BCC, SCC and related pathologies).

The Australian Skin and Skin Cancer Research Centre (ASCC) is a joint initiative of The University of Queensland and the QIMR Berghofer Medical Research Institute, and aims to harness the combined strengths of these two institutions with world-leading teams of skin cancer researchers.
